Anyone else play netball? I’m a relative newbie, but really enjoying it. Are you playing again with the new 4’ rules? Any tips for a GK to avoid obstruction every time the GS shoots?

Hi! I’m new on here hence the quite late reply to your thread. I’m a fellow netballer :) was playing under the new stage 4 rules until Boris banned us, hopefully won’t be long until we can get going again. I’m a GS but as for the marking tips, try visibly checking your feet are 3 (or 4 now!) ft away from the shooter before putting your arms up to mark so you don’t get pulled for arms before distance.
