Has anyone tried P.volve?

That's it, really. Just wondering if anyone has tried the P.volve programme? And if you did, what you thought?

Following as I haven't but I'm tempted especially. I'm 5 week postpartum and not sure what to sign up to. Sitting around all day breastfeeding is starting to take a toll on my back!

Ha! Same. I am tempted too...but would love to hear from others who have tried it!

Tried it for its 30 day free trial. Very low impact, worked up a sweat and my muscles were sore after. Very precise movements required and it also tests your balance. I liked it and did contemplate subscribing but I actually preferred less gentle exercise so didn't at the end.
