Which Jillian Michaels DVD? Or something else?

I've done a Jillian Michaels' DVD each morning through lockdown before starting work, but finding that my enthusiasm is starting to wane and I need something else.

I have her kettlebells DVD, Ripped in 30, 30DS and NMTZ, and these are the ones I've been rotating. I have a few others - Extreme Shed and Shred for example - but find that one a bit too hard core. I also prefer the weights to the cardio element - I was doing a lot of indoor cycling prior to lockdown, so this was a good cardio workout anyway, and I do a lot of walking.

Has anyone got anything they'd recommend? Ideally it needs to be short - 30DS is great in this respect - so I can do first thing before work and get out of the way! Just looking for a bit of variety that's not too hard core! Many thanks.

Try Heather Roberson on YouTube - she has a whole variety of workouts; hiit, cardio, weights, low impact, high impact and various timed workouts. After years of doing Jillian Michaels and getting very bored I’ve found Heather a good transition - and gentler on the joints!

If you like weights lift and shred is good.

I love 6 week 6 pack. It's cardio as well as core, and you can use heavier weights to progress. The banter is also very funny: 'she tried to kill me!'

@DamnShesaSexyChick - That's my favourite of all the JM workouts. I find her a bit annoying at times in some of the other DVDs but she's slightly less loud in this one and it's much more enjoyable.

Thank you for the recommendations - I have got Lift & Shred, and it's exactly what I was looking for!
