Can anyone recommend a cheap fitness tracker please

It depends on what you want to measure. You can get a pedometer for literally a couple of quid, then the cost goes up depending on what extras you're looking for, all the way up to the likes of Apple watches where you have all your social media as well. Most phones have step counters now but obviously I assume you're after more.

What do you want?

I have a Fitbit Ionic which isn't cheap by any means but at the same time I do love it, and it has lasted.

I’m not after anything that is like a second phone.
Just something that tracks activity (so steps/running) heart rate and possibly sleep. I’d prefer a wrist style over a pedometer as I need the watch feature too.
I would like a Fitbit but I’m saving up so probably won’t get that until after Xmas, just looking for something cheap in the meantime.

If you have a smart phone already it might be able to do the job for you if you keep it in your pocket or an arm strap.

IPhone has the Health app which has an integrated step counter and lets you log workouts.

Define cheap. Under £15? £30?

Arabiannightss · 24/09/2020 18:55

Anything around £30 or under would be ideal

I got one for £30 off Amazon and it's really good, tracks your steps, heart rate, will also track certain activities. There is an app that goes with it and analysis all the info from the watch and also has a bit on it for sleep tracking, The make is Letscom fitness tracker definitely recommended it

I recently bought the Honor Band 5 and I think it's brilliant! Came 4th in a recent Daily Telegraph list of recommended fitness trackers. The distance tracker is insanely accurate:

£27.99 at Argos.
