Sweating too much

Hi!

I have a problem and figured maybe there´s someone here who has experienced the same thing and knows what to do with it.
I used to love workouts but after my twins were born I started to sweat a lot. It´s not unusual for a breastfeeding mom I´ve learned but the thing is it´s supposed to go away after a few months but it didn´t .

My twins are already 8 years old and I still sweat a lot even when walking my dog. If I´m out running errands it´s only my armpits. If I walk for more than 20 minutes, it´s armpits, under my breasts, upper body basically. If I walk for about an hour, I´m sweaty overall.

I´m not feeling unwell during the sweating. I hate the feeling, but that´s it. My blood pressure has always been a little too low so high pressure isn´t really an option.
Docs made tests to check my thyroid, but they were all clear as well.

But the sweating is really affecting my life after a cyst developed under one of my armpits, atheroma. Docs told me it´s best to avoid sweating and using deodorants and antiperspirants from now on. But how am I supposed to do it?
I started avoiding exercising, even walking, because I really don´t want the sweaty feeling. It irritates me.

Is there anything I can do about it, any tips or suggestions?
Thanks!

I've a rather sweaty person. I'm sure i read on here once about using proper soap in the shower instead of shower gel so been doing that and I'm sure its not so bad.

Also when exercising you are supposed to sweat so just make sure you have time to shower afterwards to freshen up.

I stopped using deodorant and noticed a difference in sweat. I sweated more at first then it suddenly dropped off. Sweat is natural and actually doesn't smell unless you don't wash for a few days. Like pp a good soap bar will help.

Breathable fabric will also help
