Hi everyone 😊, I've been dieting for 12 days now I've lost 10 pounds in 12 days, I've tried everything,I get3 hours a day exciting biking,walking, watching youtube dance vidios with 25 mins in Moring and 25 after tea. Doctor told me to do a egg diet as I'm a big ish lady and she said it will work for 5 days at least I started it yesterday and l got weighed this Moring and lost 2 pound there say you can lose upto 12 pounds a week I don't believe that that's nearly a stone gone, has anyone else tried it before starting it I used to eat 1,000-1200 calories a day. Any ideas I've been eating egg and veg and fruit only
