Best Fitness Leggings

Hi,
I am looking for some recommendations on the best fitness leggings.
I have been told Sweaty Betty and Lululemon are great but the price really puts me off-however I ordered some from Sweaty Betty just to see for myself-They felt nice on but when I did the squat test I could still see through them to my underwear which is my main concern for the cheaper ones I have been using.
so I am sending them back.
I want something that won't break the bank and uses thick enough fabric.
Thanks
.

My gym mad daughter says try gymshark they're cheaper than lululemon.

I love my Oysho compression leggings. £35 full price, but some colours go into the sale. I use them for weights and yoga.

Matalan leggings are actually really good and cheap too

Sorry I'm a Sweaty Betty addict. I only buy in the sales, and then buy multiple pairs so can check the squat test. My favourites are double sided, they're quite thick as a result, and I've never had a squat issue with them. They wash and wear brilliantly, I don't think I've worn through a pair yet and I exercise frequently, and have been wearing them for about 5 years in some cases.

I have a drawer full of SB as I get a decent discount.
Which ones are you buying?

AriettyHomily · 27/08/2020 21:17

Gymshark if you are teeny tiny.

Fabletics are great, truly squat proof. Get the deal and then cancel the membership.

Sturdy by Design, just because they are the craziest, brightest designs and have the best customer service of any store I know.

And they have leggings for pretty much everyone, no matter what size.

Nike Pro. V comfy.

schoolcook · 27/08/2020 22:11

Sugar pocket.
Around £17 on Amazon can't fault them.

YourWelcomeBitch · 28/08/2020 08:38

Admittedly the SB ones I got were classed as tights-So maybe this is why I found them quite thin, I did find the website a bit hard to look through..
Thank you for the replies, will definitely try those out!

You need the Sweaty Betty power leggings, not the zero gravity which are better for running

Ylvamoon · 28/08/2020 17:26

I just have cheap Joyspels from Amazon... They fit nicely around my curves & belly Blush, and definitely pass the squats test.

RunningFromInsanity · 28/08/2020 18:04

Highly recommend these from Amazon, arrived very quickly, great price, pretty, squat proof and really comfy

Decathlon are unbeatable VFM

They don't go see-thru, and have pockets and drawstrings

Lulu lemon from any outlet. They have one at Bicester Village the leggings are £35 at the Village.

The next best thing is Under Amour or Nike Pro.

I tried LuLu Lemon and I can't go back now. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever worn.

I’ve got lululemon and loved them also had to send back Sweaty Betty because the material was transparent. Have recently bought at Matalan and I’m a convert, don’t know how well they will wear but lovely quality and a really comfortable waist band.

Kirstymonkey3 · 02/09/2020 13:17

I’m addicted to H&M leggings but go for £19.99 ones or higher. The cheaper ones tend to roll down
