Started a 30 day abs challenge. I've done others before, never the abs one. This one involves loads of situps every day. Today I'm on 75 situps. My bum really hurts around my tailbone. I can't do any more situps. Has anyone else had this, do I just need to toughen up? I do exercise regularly, just never this many situps. I sit on an exercise mat, I wondered about sitting on a towel too for extra padding, but maybe I'll just give up. I haven't even looked to see how many I'm meant to do on day 30, I'm only on day 11.
