So I'm mum to two boys aged 7 and 13! Currently cooking g my 3rd! 🙈 in my last pregnancy I kept pretty slim until after he came along. I then ballooned. Everything went puffy and fat. My face, legs 🙈 so I'm asking apart from the normal baby weight you gain how do I keep down the "puffyness" ta

Keep moving.

I had SPD in both pregnancies, not that it was identified first time. I ended up pretty much housebound, and had lots of water retention which led to carpal tunnel syndrome on top of a useless pelvis.

Second time, I knew how to manage it better and kept moving using crutches. I kept a stone off and dodged the carpal tunnel returning.

Swimming was particularly good becayse of the water pressure against the skin although I couldn't manage that with a toddler in tow second time.
