Does anyone have a spin bike at home. If so could you recommend one for my budget?

I used to LOVE spin at the gym and whilst I’ve been given a very basic bike it’s not good enough to do the HIIT element of spin where you lift your bum up to climb hills etc.

I’ve a price point of between £150-200. I know some of these bikes are crazy money. Can I get a good enough spin bike for my budget and if so could you recommend a brand?

Definitely not in the know, we've got a Life Fitness one, but think it was more than your budget even secondhand. HOWEVER, it's worth doing your homework and keeping an eye on EBay or FB Marketplace. Unfortunately, I think home exercise equipment has gone through the roof this year, which won't help (I'm seeing used Peloton bikes selling for the same price as new, just so people don't have to wait for the long delivery times. Resales of the new Peloton + bike are seriously insane).

And I should say, our bike seems pretty good to me - I use it for the Peloton digital app, and DH uses it if he can't get outside for a 'proper' ride. It has a display for resistance and speed, plus tells you calories burn, distance etc.
