Exercise Music. Good or bad!

I haven't got a 'running' playlist so just shuffle all the songs on my phone when I run. I was struggling the other day with trying to run up a hill in unpleasantly hot and humid conditions. On came a song by John Otway with the chorus:
"Too much air, not enough oxygen
Too much air, not enough oxygen
I can't breathe."
It didn't help my running much. Any other songs that are particularly good or bad for exercising to?

Everybody Wants To Run The World. - Tears For Fears.
Keep On Running. - Spencer Davis Group.

Running up that hill Kate Bush. It's awesome anyway.

I tend to favour the beats of 80s/ 90s pop. On long runs I tend to play the Sounds of the 80s/ 90s podcasts on BBC sounds.

If I'm aiming for fast, a bit of heavy rock/ metal is good for pb chasing Grin
