Which YouTube for strength/core?

Hi all, I've now got a good mix of cardio/general exercise in my routine. I'm doing C25k, cycle, do ballet 1/2 times per week and a bit of Yoga with Adriene.

I feel like I'm lacking targeted exercises for strength/core and am looking to you for some You Tube recommendations for some quick/targeted routines. I have dumbbells, a resistance tube (never used!) and an exercise ball I could use. I was potentially thinking of trying Kettleball but know nothing about it.

I've come across Bodyfit by Amy, do you have any other suggestions to try?

I am a bit of a gym junkie and I like these videos athleanx.com/video-gallery I find the male videos 100000 better than the female ones but here they are so you can pick .

What I really like about ahtlean x are the explanations on the proper form, and there is seriously a ton of workouts.
On MN , there is a dedicated section for weightlifting www.mumsnet.com/Talk/the_weights_room , and from time to time, someone will mention athlean x there.

The JSA app is great, have a look at www.jamessmithacademy.com as he has loads of plans with videos for every exercise. You can search by equipment you have. It's free for a month then £9 a month afterwards.

I've been really enjoying the toning workouts with a lady named Coach Kel on youtube. They're "barre" but lots of abs/bums/thighs and core strength generally. It doesn't feel like much at first but it's helped my core strength a lot, I notice how much stronger my core is when I swim now.
