Online resources - what could / should I choose?

5 years ago I used to love going to the gym 4-5 times a week but then I fell out of love with it, and concentrated on yoga / pilates etc. I've slowly put on weight and now I'm peri-menopausal I'm finding it hard to shift. I want to be active again but it needs to be flexible / based around online resources.

There's so much choice I don't know what to do. I used to like doing Bodycombat, Bodypump. I should start doing something with weights but not sure what.

I tried HIIT and Joe Wicks. I really really don't like this style of exercise. It's quite old school in many ways and I hate the typical exercises as I find it a bit dull and in some ways quite aggressive. I prefer more dance type routines (even though I'm rubbish at it). I can't run anymore because of problems with my feet

Any recommendations?

Pamela Reif, Heather Robertson...just discovered Healthy with Tye, she's ace workout flys by. For yoga Cat Meffin and Five Parks yoga are wonderful.

Results with Lucy is really good. Lots of different types of workout and they have a specific category for dance workouts. I think they do a 7 day free trial so you could test out and see if it ticks your boxes.
