Knee supports

Evening !
I'm a keen runner and walker and think I would benefit from a knee support.

I've had a look at a few of various price ranges but without trying them on it's difficult to know which to get.

I'm a petite frame, 5'4", size 8/10 clothing.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks x

It depends on what you want.
If you want an all over compression sleeve, I bought a medium size one which works for me, but is a little tight for long term wear (that knee swells so that's why I use a compression sleeve). My legs are quite slim.
On the other knee, I wear an under-knee support which is also good. These tend to come with a two ended Velcro adjuster at the back, so they are quite adjustable.
I only walk (very quickly - on a treadmill, 3kph), though, so a runner might advise you differently.
