60+ beginner getting fit

My MIL wants to get fitter for a holiday in 2021. She's 60-something and has had various joint issues (mainly knees/ankles) and also has crap wrists. She's a bit overweight but not vast by any reckoning.

She asked me to suggest some fitness things. I think aquafit might suit her as it's relatively low impact... But I'm assuming there are many other mumsnetters who might help? She's really keen to avoid those situations where you're surrounded by gym bunnies who are fitter than she is!!

Any home, I would recommend Sophie Uliano.

Why not check with your local council and or leisure centre.they generally do fitness activities for the over 50's.
at home I recommend leslie sansone walking workouts.
