I find the shortish skinhead man who does Body Combat totally disturbing! Anyone else? He looks full of rage and aggression when he does the fast punching and it makes me feel really uncomfortable.

Yes I think he is. He gets so red in the face and punches so fast and with such violence

If it's the one I'm thinking of, I haven't noticed that at all. I think he's good.

At least he punches properly. I used to do martial arts and can't stand most combat teachers as they're all so half hearted and just waft their fists around.

I was doing Body Combat Invincible number 9 on YouTube. From around 15 minutes or a bit before... He makes me feel scared. Just me though?!

I've done the Invincible workouts on Youtube. They're fantastic.

I just showed it to my husband and he understood what I meant so at least there is that!

I just think the others look like they are exercising, but the combination of his build (massive muscles), facial expression etc and the sheer strength of his punches make him look like he wants to beat someone to a pulp.
