Hope i can get some support here.
Pre lockdown i was fairly fit.. walked for an hour a day..some gardening... lots of housework etc..
Now... im a lazy flabby bitch!!
Bingo wings, back fat, flat bum and saggy belly and i still only weigh 10 stone .. please please tell me that exercise works!
If i did 30 mins of yoga every day will it make a difference?..
I cant do HILT..
I know that's what get results but im menopausal and don't have the energy...
