Cows might make things more interesting! We've been in our car park for a couple of weeks. Either torrential rain, or blistering sun, it's been both lovely & horrendous

Well, it wasn't that bad. No cows or sheep. I certainly got a good workout. 900 cals burnt according to my monitor thingy. 290 meps.

It was good to train with other people again and I got to show off the work I'd been doing over lockdown.
