Anyone tried this or his other programmes? Have you found it has made a difference? Thinking about paying for this programme as it’s cheaper than one month of my gym membership (which is currently frozen).

I signed up for the free seven day videos (one each day) and I can’t believe the difference the twinges in my knee and neck/shoulders, they’ve almost non existent. I would recommend it.
I’ve been working regularly for two years and am quite fit but had little niggles creeping in. I’d bought a foam roller and added yoga stretches onto the end of my workouts but they hadn’t made much difference.

What sort of thing does he do? I am going to check this out. Hope you get some feedback.

Jodri · 01/07/2020 21:21

Yes earlydoors42 check him out. I would describe his method as quite basic movements (some I find easy, some hard to do) and you can trouble shoot problem areas but thinking of your whole body and how your joints and body should move.

Just wondering if you went for this and if it was worth the money?

Jodri · 18/07/2020 09:02

Hi earlydoors42, I signed up for the free seven day programme and are following him in Facebook so get the free videos etc. I’m going to sign up in Autumn for my birthday I’ll have more time as my adult children will be off to uni then to fingers crossed.
The exercises have really made a huge difference to me though, unbelievable really. I used to spend so much time stretching and foam filleting. I do different combinations of them everyday.

Did anyone go on to but the full course? Any good?

Indiaplain · 08/08/2023 22:30

Zombie thread revival but I have just discovered Tom Morrison and wondering if any have paid for his course - simplistic mobility method? Is it worth it?

RayKray · 08/08/2023 23:11

Yes and yes.

Yes and yes.

Ooh really interested to hear more! What have been the benefits? Been doing his free you tube videos ..

To be honest I'm not necessarily the best person to ask. I lift so I do it alongside that to avoid injury. I've not got significant injuries I'm rehabbing or a lack of mobility I'm trying to address so it really depends on your goals. I'm on the fb group for people who do it and lots of them love it for how it's helped with injuries and poor mobility.
