Hello, I want to do some exercises when I first get up (about 20 mins, before breakfast & starting work at home). Really grateful for any ideas. I used to do yoga on YouTube, or easier lumowell on prime, but logging on to iPad and staring at screen feels a bit too similar to work now. Any ideas for Simple sets of exercises using different muscle groups, or even sequences of yoga moves (if I can remember them!)? Just want to keep strength up, I know I will not get fit/ lose weight this way!! Nb I don’t want to leave house as have child at home. Thanks in advance
