Body falling apart - where do I start

Hiya,

Hoping this is the right place to post about this matter. I'm mid 40s and it feels like my body is all wrong and it's most noticeable after I've done some exercise. It feels like there's something wrong in alignment, or muscles or posture - or likely all three- all the way from my neck through my hip, knee to inside calf. I'm unsure of where the exact problem lies so am unsure of my first port of call for getting this sorted out. What sort of professional do you think would be able to help in getting this sorted? It's really frustrating/ painful as the tiniest thing can throw me out of whack for days.

Any ideas?

I would contact an osteopath (The osteopathic physician focuses on the joints, muscles, and spine. Osteopathic intervention can help treat arthritis, back pain, headaches, tennis elbow, digestive issues, and postural problems - taken from google). Hope that helps!
