Best weather app for runners?

I'm in the north of England on the edge of the Pennines. I've been using DarkSky because it does localised hour by hour predictions, which have been pretty good . But recently it's been really off - the temperature is accurate but the precipitation probability has been very poor. If you're going on a longish run, it can be really annoying if you expect it to clear up and actually it gets worse. I'm not bothered about the weather as such, I just want to be able to be prepared.

Accepting that no app is foolproof has anyone got any recommendations?
