Hi,
Trying to get back into exercising after a couple of months of inactivity. Normally I use a gym near my office, but they're obviously shut, and as I'm working mostly at home for the foreseeable, I've been running and doing some online workouts. I'd like to get a fitness tracker as I'd like to get fitter long term, and seeing what I'm doing I think would motivate me. Any recommendations? I don't want to spend a fortune. Would like it to be good for running, swimming (once they're open) and monitor sleep. DH has one with a heart rate monitor. Do I need this?
Ones I'm looking at so far are this: www.amazon.co.uk/Fitbit-Inspire-Auto-Exercise-Recognition-Tracking/dp/B07MM5W7Q8/ref=cts_sp_1_vtp?th=1&tag=mumsnetforu03-21
and this: www.amazon.co.uk/Garmin-Vivofit-Activity-Tracker-Medium/dp/B07896CFWF/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&psc=1&rnid=1632651031&crid=1VB2W0IXEUE4X&keywords=garmin%2Bfitness%2Bwatch&sprefix=Garmin%2Bfit%2Caps%2C286&th=1&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1591648846&refinements=p_89%3AGarmin&sr=8-6
Any thoughts? Thanking you!
