Beginners shred - what next?

I've just finished Day 29 of the Beginners 30 day shred. Last day tomorrow and I'm wondering what to do next? Would it be bad to go back to the beginning and start again, or should I do something different?

For background, I'm very overweight (obeseSad) and unfit, but I've lost around 9kg since the start of lockdown and my bmi is now finally well below 40. Haven't exercised properly in years and have found the beginner shred extremely challenging, but I have managed to do it every day and I'm really proud of that. I can definitely see some changes in my body and that's really encouraging. I'm also walking 10000 steps a day.

I struggle with motivation but want to maintain the momentum that I've built up in the last month. Weight loss is obviously one goal, but above all, I just want to improve my overall health. Please advise me on what I should do after tomorrow! (NB I have the actual 30 day shred dvd, but don't feel quite ready to start that one yet!)

maybe try this 30 day HIIT body workout?

congratulations on your weight loss!

Thank you sleep. I'll have a look at that. When things say HIIT, does it generally mean that there is a lot of jumping? (Sorry, bit ignorant about this kind of thing!) Tend to struggle with my knees a bit, but do want to push myself!

It depends on the workout, but usually if there is jumping, you can switch it for large steps etc x

Thank you sleep, I'll watch it through.

The Joe Wicks 9am thing might be a good option? There are a few jumps but there’s usually a non jump alternative. I’ve found it being live is quite good for doing every day. Every bloody day...

I’ve done the actual shred and would say it’s a fair bit easier but I don’t know how it compares to the beginner shred.

Thanks Greyish. Could try the Joe Wicks but wouldn't be able to do it live as I'm usually working by 9am (off today though!).
