Pilates videos

Hi, can anyone recommend a good YouTube Pilates series please? I've been doing yoga with Adrianne for months and love it but would like to try out some Pilates now. Thanks :)

I’ve been doing Trifecta Pilates- it’s a nice mix of different workouts at a good pace (with and without equipment) . I’ve settled on this one after trying a few different ones- she’s a really good instructor giving clear guidance

The balanced life online is really good - she has some free workouts on YouTube and then a membership programme you can subscribe to. She’s American and most workouts are filmed on the beach in California which I love!

Boho Beautiful have lots of free videos on youtube and the settings are amazing. The closest I'll get to a lovely holiday in the sun this year!

I've actually found some on the NHS website too! They came up with a google search, I never knew there were workout videos on their website - there's loads!!
