I understand that HR is used to calculate how many calories you burn through exercise and obviously it’s important for this to be accurate.
Should I be adjusting the HR settings on my Garmin? Looking at it it seems I can adjust the max which is currently 192 and the 5 zones if I want to.
Using the Gulati formula my max should be 181. Should I change it. I don’t want to do it then worry it’s wrong and never trust my calories burned again 
New to exercise and tracking activities so would love any advice!
