As the gyms are closed I have found a very old (6 year old) bikini body guide - I think she has multiple now but this is the very first I think.
It’s a 12 week programme of circuits, HIIT, LISS (walking etc) and stretches.
As I have plenty of time just now I started last week. Have been sticking to the plan but wondered what I could expect. I took before photos and will take photos at 4 weeks (I’m currently 2.5 weeks in), 8 weeks then 12.
Anyone done it before?
I tried previously but didn’t complete it due to lack of time.
I don’t really want to lose weight, just tone and build strength.
