I know there is a thread below about At Home Workouts but I want to be a bit more specific about social media.
What workouts are you doing via Instagram, Youtube, Amazon etc. I am looking to try a different one out every day for the next few weeks and then sign up so need lots of recommendations. I am specifically interested in weight training, yoga and toning. I usually do pretty hardcore stuff down the gym so not looking for something introductory of light.
