Will this make a difference while I clean my teeth

I am trying to remain as active as possible and have been doing PE with Joe Wicks most days. But I have just started doing high knees when cleaning my teeth and walking butt kicks while I wash up twice a day. I feel ridiculous and am wondering if it will make a difference over time toning wise? Or do I just stop if the difference is minimal?

I do things like this. Squats while brushing teeth, picking up Lego, running while putting laundry away, bicep curls with tins when I'm putting them away. I think it helps, and it's efficient use of time. Also Kegels during commmercial breaks and at red lights.

Kegels! I mean to do them more often than I do Grin

BE careful not to damage your teeth and gums while doing exercises. You will be focusing on your squat, lunge or whatever and risk brushing too hard.
Just brush your teeth with the care they deserve and then do 15 burpees or 10 push-ups.

Try standing one leg while brushing your teeth and using your other hand.It improves your balance.

Balancing is a great tip. Also squatting as mentioned above. When in doubt - squat! Also when boiling the kettle, squat etc etc

Interested to know how on earth you keep your toothbrush in your mouth while doing high-knees!! 🤪🥴
