I've just completed Betty Rocker's 30 day challenge which I would really recommend. As it gets towards the end she really pushes her 90 challenge which is $97 or £77 ish. I'm super tempted as since I finished the 30 day challenge I basically haven't done anything at all - I NEED the pressure of a target.
Has anyone attempted the 90 day challenge? What did you think? Or can you recommend any other fitness challenges? I can't commit much more than 25 mins a day as I have 4 children and working from home (although husband doing most of childcare right now). Thanks!
