Running. A good run clears my head. A walk will do. If I can't go out, I do YouTube videos. I like Lucy Wyndham-read, she has a few different ones and I pick and choose according to how I feel/what else I've done that day. A lot we quite short so I run a couple of those together. Then you could try yoga with Adrianne? She is very calming! Followed by a lovely bath or shower, your favourite treat and film or book I say!

I ended up doing a MadFit dance workout on YouTube followed by a Yoga with Adrienne and a bath with a glass of something cold. I felt much better afterwards, a new woman! Going to watch a feel good film tonight too.

Think I have a mixture of PMS and Cabin Fever today, feeling very emotional and reactive/snappy.

Glad you feel better! PMT and isolation is not a good mix I'm finding. I'd go for a walk or something if you can tomorrow, that will help I'm sure. Throw in another video work out and pamper session and you've got this 💪
