Hi, please can someone recomend a fitness youtube video for me and my husband. My husband is quite overweight and I am heading that way myself. I would like to do some cardio at home (we have a toddler and would need to do our exercise while he naps), preferably a beginners aerobics class or something. Would like to burn lots of calories but obviously it would still need to be easy enough for us to cope with (we are fairly unfit especially since lockdown).
Are there any good ones about 30 minutes long that we could start with? Then we could hopefully work up to doing an hour long video 5-6 times a week after that.
