The Opogo Care Package was launched this week for our educators and we are now into the full swing of things!
Having already completed two banging HIIT sessions this week, tonight I am very excited to be part of the wonderful Yasmina's Meditation - taking place at 17.00 today (29/04/2020)!
Whilst we make our way through these times it is so important to take some time to ourselves, to try and switch off the negative thoughts, and to breath.
In today's session Yasmina will take us through an 'Introduction and Guided Meditation' - it is one not to be missed!
