Does anyone have any recommendations on post c section exercises

I’m 11 weeks PP and wanting to start doing something between looking after a newborn and 21 month old.

Not too sure where to start apart from walking and conscious not to push myself too hard

I was thinking Pilates but wanted to follow someone who has specific post partum so I have a look on YouTube but no idea who’s good and who isn’t

I do a specific post natal pillates called Mamma Method; both the women who founded it had c sections and all their workouts are safe for post partum. The workouts are designed to be done wearing a baby in a carrier but you can do them without.

They're £4 a class (or you can buy 6 for £20).
