Running jacket recommendations please

Hello, I have two different running jackets, and if I could combine them they would be the ideal jacket. I have yet to find one that has everything I want. Can anyone recommend a jacket that:

Has zipped pockets
A hood
Long enough to cover bum
Light but rain-proof

It doesn't sounds like it would be a particularly hard jacket to find, but I cannot find one! Most ones I've seen although they have hoods and zipped pockets are quite short.

I think most are short to allow movement while running?
Might be worth checking wiggle (they've a couple of ronhill ones that might work. More mile is super cheap but alright quality - could be worth checking there and if they have no hooded ones try a cap?
Alternatively it might be worth looking at a goretex jacket - like berghaus/north face types. They have hoods, zipped pockets are generally longer line than running jackets and do have vent zips to help with any overheating - if you get one without fleece lining etc it may work?

Thanks very much for the suggestions @BingIsWhyIdrink I'll have a look at those. I do have a jacket from Nike that's about 10 years old that is the right length, but has no hood!

Nike and Adidas have a few that might be ok?

(Never bought from that site so not sure what they're like but that Nike jacket looks ideal!)
