Running shorts recommendations please

I've been running more often since lockdown and would like to treat myself to a new pair of running shorts.

At the moment, I have a great pair with zip pockets for keys and phone and would like something similar. I've looked at Decathlon and ASOS but unfortunately the ones I'm interested are sold out in my size.

I am currently eyeing up on Nike Tempo Lux and the Eclipse running shorts which I found on ProDirect and Kitlocker. Are either of these companies any good in your experience?

Where have you shopped online for exercise clothes recently that have been reliable?

Thanks in advance.

I really like Nike Tempo shorts, but my current favourites are the Decathlon trail shorts - the waistband is like a built in running belt and has really big pockets, so plenty of room for phone, gels etc. without the movement you get with a belt.

Hi there. I have the same question. The Decathlon ones look good, thank you. Are you able to say what their sizing’s like?I’m generally a 10 so would go for a small, but I’ve heard Decathlon can come up on the small size. Sadly, medium is sold out so hopefully will be able to squeeze in!

Thanks Artie. I think those shorts look ideal from Decathlon. Is there anywhere else that stock Decathlon? It seems they are limiting orders per day. :(

I'm 8-10 and wear a small in Nike and have the shorts in a small.
