I'm 10 months PP, had a fairly traumatic birth ending in an EMCS.
I thought I had fully recovered but have recently increased my running (now running about 20km a week across three runs).
I really struggle after my run with pelvic pain and pain around my scar. I had a bit of PGP towards the end of my pregnancy but seemed to go when baby changed position.
I'm doing various core and other weight based exercises - what else can I do to help with the pelvic pain? It's only the day of my run it hurts for...clearly not a great thing though!
