Best headphones for running

Hi everyone,
Just wondered what headphones people use when running? I'm currently using the Sony earphones with the small weighted block on them but they keep coming out and then I have to keep stopping.
I've heard air pods are good for running.

What do you use and would you recommend it?

Thanks!

I have Airpods Pro and I really like them, mostly because you can put them on transparent mode and hear what’s going around you. They pair beautifully with iPhones. The only concern I’ve got is that they are sweat resistant but not sweat proof. I took out Apple Care on them so hopefully that should cover any problems caused by my sweaty mop.

Love my Aftershokz titanium. They are bone conduction and sit just in front of the ear. I've always had issues with in ear headphones slipping out. They also allow you to hear noise around you - traffic, cyclists etc

I have a set of bone conducting headphones.
It means I can hear my music and podcasts well without that blocking out feeling in ear buds can createm

Another recommendation for aftershokz. I always used to struggle as I must have smaller ears and other earphones would just keep popping out of my ear. Spent most of my runs fiddling with my earphones. Not had one trouble since I’ve had the aftershokz.

Anker Soundbuds, £24.99 from Amazon. They're very comfortable, stay put, reasonably priced and the battery life's brilliant.

Aftershokz here also. Many races now won't let you run using in-ear phones, so bone conductiong is the way to go.

Definitely Aftershokz titanium - much safer as well as you can hear what’s going on around you at the same time, well worth the money.

With my phone, I use the titanium as well - brilliant. I prefer my tiny MP3 player for running which needs wired earphones, and after years of falling out headphones I finally realised over the winter that all I needed to do was pull a headband over them! So now I wear a buff and it works perfectly

Aftershokz Titanium.
I've got the minis.
Wonderful things Grin

Thank you all for your replies! I will look into the bone conducting headphones - they seem to be most popular!
