Since we are stuck in the house I am going to reignite my Jillian Michaels passion.

I tried the 1 week Shred last week, that was hard going but burnt over 500 calories across the two sessions each day.
This week I am trying No More Trouble Zones. I actually have sore muscles for the first time in ages!
