Emma is one of the lovely Physiotherapists at Addenbrooks Hospital, She's put together some exercise videos for people that are not 100% fit, whether it's because of age, disability, or injury. Have a look, have some fun, share.

Emma has added another set of exercises for those who are interested. All of her exercises are great for people who don't have full mobility for whatever reason.
