Hello, I'm hoping you can give me a few recommendations for short exercise videos/online routines/whatever that I can do at home to tone and strengthen, but without lots of jumping around or (ideally) being on my feet lots.
I have a bad foot (plantar fasciitis) and although the physio has given me the OK to start doing Couch to 5k to try to get back into running gently, I'd like to find something I can do on my non-running days that will let me exercise my other bits (arms, abs etc) while resting my feet as far as possible. (I used to like the 30-day Shred for example but wouldn't want to do all those star jumps and things at the moment!) So hoping for some suggestions that include the strength and toning aspects, but less of the standing and jumping around. Thanks in advance!
