how will lockdown affect your fitness?!

I’m a runner - so that’s ok
But I’m missing studio yoga and swimming

I don’t think it will impact my fitness as I can run and do home workouts but I do think my flexibility may suffer slightly as I don’t have access to a hot yoga studio.

How’s others feeling.... home work outs or not in the mood unless a proper gym class?

I’m very happy it’s ok to go for a run! I’ve tried online yoga (and some of my regular studios are doing live classes) but I just can’t get into it in the same way at home. Loving the Joe Wicks PE lessons every morning though!

I'm still running. I live close to open countryside so I'm using my quiet not-as-secret-as-I'd-deluded-myself routes. I'm dropping my flatter more urban/ park routes which is a shame for my calves Grin

I'll save working out at home for if we get a hard lockdown.

I'm struggling. I don't like running outside. I ordered a treadmill a couple of days before this all properly kicked off (I guessed gym was due to close) but the delivery has been delayed.

Been doing the Joe Wicks workouts with my youngest but it's not a dent on what I'd normally do at the gym. I need to add a weights routine.

I also massively miss the social aspect of the gym too.

I think once the treadmill is here I should be heading back to the gym (when it opens) at the same level I was before they closed. At the moment I'm just eating way too much!
