Hi

Looking for recommendations for good YouTube videos for mum and child workouts (3 year old and if it can include my 5 month old too, so much the better). I'm open to any style - yoga, dance, whatever. There are so many out there, so looking to narrow my choices!

Thanks

My two love the Cosmic Kids yoga, they can move quite fast too! Mine are 5 and 8 and the school my DD is at does them as part of PE in Y1 and Y2, they would be fine for a 3 year old.
But I'd like to see any other recommendations too.

Glad I found this thread - I was about to start one on the exact same topic! I am also looking for workout videos that adults + 3 year old could do... following for more recommendations.

Andy (The CBeebies Dinosaur guy) has done a set of kids workout videos for preschoolers. Perfect for that age group.
