I’ve just restarted going to gym classes in January after a very long break (like four years). However I’ve started to really suffer with pain in my wrist particularly after bodypump and last night really struggled with bicep curls as it was making my wrist painful.
I gather I need to rest and ice to get rid, but does anyone have any tips of how to avoid this. I think my form is generally good but am a bit out of shape. Are there wrist strength exercises? Any tips gratefully received
