I have a rowing machine and cross trainer at home in my garage gym but I am considering getting a treadmill?

I have one. Imo it's better for high intensity stuff HIIT for example which is great for increasing fitness, recovery and fat loss.

They both sound like instruments of torture to me, the treadmill was designed for exercising inmates. But each to their own!

We've got a treadmill and a spin bike, both get used quite a lot. How often do you use your existing machines? What do you want to get out of the treadmill/bike?

We had a treadmill previously but found it boring after a while, it was also painful on the knees. I used to use a turbo trainer some time back and quite liked it and thought a spin bike might add some variety to my workouts. We don't have space for both. I enjoy using both the rowing machine and the cross trainer so don't really want to lose either of them at this stage.
