I have been doing CF for nearly 2 years now and have built up good strength over that time. I have competed in some local competitions and faired out well.
I have stopped over the past 2 months as I recently found out I was pregnant but I would really like to get back.
My coach will be able to advise me on scaling/avoiding certain lifts and exercises but I would like to hear some experiences from any of you ladies?
Any advice would be great!
