Yoga at home advice please

I’d like to do yoga but really don’t want to do a 1.5 hr session somewhere. I thought doing 3 30 minute sessions a week would suit me more.
Can anyone recommend any dvds or YouTube sessions that would make a difference please?

Yoga with Adriene! She has videos of every length and for all different kinds of situations.

Thanks. Any particular ones? There’s a lot of choice.

The down dog app is awesome. About 5 dollars a months and you enter what you want to do and it spits out a bespoke video. Really clever!

Another vote for Yoga with Adrienne - so many videos for different purposes and different lengths to suit your availability. She is brilliant!

I'd start with one of her 30 day courses - Home has just finished and was great.
