Hi all,
Any recommendations? I need new ones, the ones I have at the minute are over ear still a bit big but generally stay on. In ear ones usually just fall out.
Thanks

Are you after in ear or over ear? My 2YO has Bose over ear noise cancelling ones for travelling (DH’s old ones after the microphone broke) and they seem to stay put just fine. I promise she doesn’t have a freakishly large head or anything like that!

Thanks, but I should've said it's for running with. Noise cancelling ones would get my head far too hot!

Have a look at Aftershokz - love mine for running. They are bone conduction so sit just in front of your ears and mean you can still hear traffic etc. I've got the small size designed for children/young adults as I've got a small head.

Oh thanks they look great - over my price range though....that's a LOT of money

I have the titanium ones - couldn't afford the air and the other ones weren't out when I got mine. In the 3 years I've had them they've ended up costing me less than the several pairs I'd bought in the run up trying to find some that I got on with. I'm a bit of a sweaty betty and in ear ones always slipped out, even the ones with hooks that go over your ears. Ones that covered my ears were just unbearably hot and uncomfortable - I have sticky out ears and the slight pressure on them pushing them back hurt.
The aftershokz are great - I put them on and forget about them, no fiddling and adjusting. I prefer to wear the band on top of my ponytail rather than underneath as most pictures show.

Thanks for the recommendations @nbee84.....£69 sounds a lot better than 150! Sounds like you think it would be worth getting them rather than knock offs on amazon for about 30....just wish I knew they'd fit my obviously strange earsConfused

I searched for a store that stocked them so I could try out the size. I think it was RunnersNeed that I found them in. Like you I was hesitant because of the cost but was fed up of throwing money away on cheap ones that didn't work for me.

I struggle with this problem too so hello fellow small eared runner! My low tech solution is... a headband! Keeps the earphones in and my hair off my face so win win

updadubs2013 · 27/02/2020 17:55

@BabyMoonPie does your head not get to warm? Even in middle of winter I can hardly wear anything on my head!

Not particularly. I use buffs (well, non branded copies) so they are very thin
