I had an emergency cs with ds2 early September. He’s my third baby and I’m now back to running, gym, swimming etc.
I wondered if anyone could offer any advice on regaining my muscle tone in my stomach? It’s still very saggy and I’m struggling to still get back in certain clothes and jeans don’t fit right.
Is there anything else anyone could recommend or is this possibly the best to aim for after 3 children? This has been my only cs so I’m not sure if that’s the reason.
