Spinning on YouTube

Can anyone recommend some spinning videos on YouTube please? We have a spin bike at home and need some motivation to use it

There are a few Studio Sweat video on you tube which I enjoy. The Classes with Cat are my favourite.

I do les mills on demand and it’s fantastic. You have to pay but they usually do a free trial to start you could take advantage of then cancel.

Global cycle network classes on you tube are good.

I have a standard exercise bike. Could I use that? Apologies if a stupid question.

Standard exercise bikes don't tend to work so well for standing up if you we're going to try and a spin class. The ones is mum gym are horribly clunky compared to the pedalling on a spin bike. Try it and see how you get on, you could probably use the principles of increasing speed and resistance.
